What to include when contacting us

  • Your role: musician, editor, AI visual creator, producer, or technical tester.
  • Your operating system and local workstation notes.
  • Whether you have a song or project ready to test.
  • Which part of the workflow you want to validate.

What not to send yet

  • Payment information.
  • Passwords, API keys, or private credentials.
  • Confidential client files or unreleased stems unless directly requested later.
  • Legal rights-clearance questions that require attorney review.
